Black Lives Matter Statement

We — Dylan, Scout, and John — are committed to doing the work to end oppression and injustice in all its forms. We stand against anti-Black racism and believe that Black people have a right to a world where they have the social, economic, and political power to thrive. 

LGBQ+ Black lives matter.

Trans, non-binary, gender non-conforming Black lives matter.

Neurodivergent Black lives matter.

Immigrant and refugee Black lives matter.

We are committed to continually learning about the history and contemporary conditions and life experiences of Black lives and anti-Black racism where we live (Canada) and around the world. We are committed to using the social, economic, and political power we have to support Black lives and end anti-Black racism.
